Why are people so wound up about sending face pics?

It says on our profile to send face pics but we hear all that rubbish about "We will send you one after you sent yours" or "We dont send face pics"

Anyone the same?

People have valis reasons.

It could be work. It could be that thet want to caht a bit and see whether you get on...I do not mind sending a face a pic if we get after a few messages on here , regardless if there is an outcome or not at the end.

A long time ago we sent a guy pics including faces and, to cut a long story short, he misued them and badly abused our trust. We will never send face pics again or show our faces on camera on a swinging site again and would advise thers not to do so or at least think carefully about it first. It may not seem like a big deal now but pics on the internet can wind up anywhere so just think on that. We're happy to meet socially before we see faces and if other people aren't then that's their prerogative but it won't alter ours.

If asked I will send one. I get some folk are worried about being recognised but if they are I'm not saying anything and would expect the same back

People can post whatever faces pics they like here and how do we know they're genuine unless we meet and find out? A lot of people use fake or even hugely out of date images just to engage in chat or whatever knowing they have no intention of ever meeting. Face images prove nothing.

It's just another demand. If you look it's usually couples or females with all the demands. I'm not saying that all are like it as some might do it for valid reasons but others must think there above the men on here but its usually them with all the demands on there profiles. Take a look around and do your own calculations. Very friendly fun place this with no ego's at all

I as for a face pic.. mine is on show anyway but av said this 1000 times if there is no attraction then what is the point. Am no stunner and don’t demand anything, its up-to the said profile if they want to send them but it is stated in my bio I won’t reply!

If i meet for a social and they look nothing like there pics I walk away .. harsh but simply not here to waste mine or there time!

We all have a need for privacy I appreciate, but most of us want to see one, to see if theres attraction.

Had 1 man tell me I didn't need to see one for a social, he never got to meet me not surprisingly.

Yep exactly

And I’ve reverse imagine searches all my pictures on here and most dont show up. It only shows certain sites anyway, not 100%. x

I don't send them to profiles that message me asking for a face pic when they are unverified with no pictures other than that I always send a face pic what have I got to hide. I also only send non sexual fully dressed face pics so if they were to get sent to work ECT it's just a pic of me.

Not too keen to send a face pic and this is why I simply prefer socials and clubs; I dislike dialogue by DM unless I'm contacted by others. Such a waste of time writing and reaching out so a face pic in addition is just a bridge too far.

We ask for a face pic from those that message us first. If we message someone first we attach face pics.

If you're that scared of someone recognising you, you probably shouldn't be on here - for that reason it drastically reduces the number of messages from the married cheaters, which is a win/win for us.

This . Well said. Some profiles pretend to be touch me not plant . Don't come near us or we will bite kind of thing .

I know a policeman who has investigated a case on here. A guy sent his face pic out to a fab profile that turned out to be fake. The face pic was then used to track him down on Facebook and then screenshots of his fab profile were sent to friends and family. There are many fake profiles on here and unfortunately some nasty people about who enjoy trolling and ruining people’s lives. For this reason I am very wary and careful about sending out face pics and I’ve lost potential meets because I’ve refused to send them out. I usually won’t send out face pics to unverified profiles, new profiles or profiles with no verifications!

I’m happy to meet for a social first and no hard feelings if it doesn’t go anywhere. It’s people’s choice.
