"Other people say that there are some local authorities which are well-known for refusing all planning applications for swinging clubs or similar. I believe Cornwall is one of these - they want to keep them out. And anyway, it could still be a long time before clubs anywhere in the country open again after the pandemic. " True with the pandemic and I heard the same that it’s the local councils refusing them to keep it “family friendly”. The nearest one is in Torquay in Devon | |||
