The scientific way to measure penis length is to have subject standing up. A ruler or tape measure is placed along the topside of the erect penis.

For girth measurement, simply measure around the penis top, bottom and middle, the girth will be the average of all three measurements.

Mine is 9.3 inches long x 7.2 inches girth.
