Look in cognitive behaviour coping steadies to deal with both the thinking and the resulting anxiety | |||

"I do this a lot, it’s definitely gotten worse this last year. I have been introduced to Mindfulness which I have found it really helps, especially with getting to sleep - you know when you put your head on the pillow and “ping” your brain starts keeping you awake. It’s worth giving it a try x " had done this before being mindfulness used to focus one thing before going sleep just let everything run through | |||

"Hi any tips on how to stop over thinking on situations don’t even know what’s been going on with me lately there’s always that cloud in my mind not seem to go Would love to hear your views really appreciate anyone that can help don’t know what to do " Over thinking, is the brains way of trying to make sense of situations out of our control... deep thinking usually coincides with emotions - distractions, exercise,good food,good company and learning to let go, are all positive steps forward in easing brain fog. Usually when we overthink,it's because we care about the person, situation or outcome that the thoughts revolve around. We can become our own worst enemy and end up torturing ourselves.
