Numb testicles can be indicative of a trapped nerve and, if this persists, should be referred to one's GP.

This symptom should not be ignored.

Cyclists sometimes get numb testicles, particularly if the saddle is not level, which is often the case!

Yep, as a cyclist I get them, so it's quite often out of the saddle to push a bit harder and give the nuts a chance to come back to life.. lol
