A Drop is 'A feeling of deflation or slight depression that comes after an intense session. Usually, it is caused by the removal of positive stimuli as well as/and the endorphins produced either from play or being surrounded by others'

How do you manage it after a good intense meet?

I offer a lot of aftercare. Just curious about how others handle it.

usually lots of aftercare, on both sides.

i subdrop and become a needy, fragile little thing who needs the touches and reassurance.

he needs to know im okay, and the caregiving aspect helps us both through after a particularly heavy scene.

allll of the cuddles and food and films.

Depends who is dropping yourself or the other party?

Actually this is part of the reason many ladies just don't find casual sex any fun. The feelings and drop afterwards coupled, often, with lack of afterthought from the other person leaves so many feeling unfulfilled and worthless.

It is a shame because it is crucial

When I get "drop" it's usually after a long overnight meet with a certain person we meet alot. It took me along time to figure it out. I end up spending a week sulking and feeling crap. Its always down to the other person being inconsiderate. I really should stop meeting them! I'm my own worst enemy!

Miss s x
