Why don’t people understand being polite?

Get a lot of messages and we try to reply to every single 1 but get a lot of abuse for being friendly, was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

We reply to most messages other than dick pic profiles or they’ve sent dick pics or one line messages.

We politely decline 99.9% of them and most are happy to just receive a reply. I can only remember one guy being rude afterwards.

We've never experienced that on here just for being friendly. However, rudeness or even bluntness is unforgivable. Being rude sends me skyward; before lockdown I took a load of (good) items into a charity shop. The assistant was rude and told me to use the rear door. I gave her a suitable response and took the items to another charity shop.

Moral? People who are rude, invariably lose out.

Not every one is going to be your type so we have found that by using the tools at your disposal helps cut the wheat from the chaff so to speak!!!

Your number one tool in my opinion is your profile so rather that having to wade through the metric shit ton of wasters just set up your profile to express how you guys are approaching your adventure on fab and hopefully it can make your time here smoother.

Most men are respectful when we say no thanks. Couples we find are more rude they message get a conversation going then ghosted.we are polite down to earth respectful of others. Be nice if it was the same in return.

Got one this morning, he messaged over a week ago, I replied. Then he messages 13 hrs ago and because oh dear I had the audacity to be sleeping in not sitting eagar for a message he called me fake as f.. To which I replied good "morning sorry to hear you bought something fake so annoying when that happens.".wonder what his reaction will be lol

I blame the shift in type men using Fab these days, probably due to lockdown and certainly not monitored by the Mods and admin.

Hopefully the lifting of lockdown restrictions will enable the pic collectors and expectant (because I’ve paid a fee) men to go back to how they used to get their kick. Leaving the swinging community to get back to the social enjoyment we enjoy.

However, I could be wrong and the desire to make money from the site might continue rather than support the community

We have our message filters set pretty tight which helps to limit things somewhat. We always try to reply politely & respectfully to messages, at times it can he frustrating when its clear the sender didn't bother to read our profile, or when its obviously a single male hiding behind a couple profile, but we still try to keep our responses polite.

I think there is general trend towards conflict especially when the subject of the message doesn’t give the desired response. Seems the fragile ego deals best with rejection by being offensive.

I’ve personally had the worst experiences from couples. It happens across all profiles to be fair. As the saying goes, ‘you can’t win’ - ignorance is frowned upon as is being declined politely. Don’t take it personally OP.

any abuse just block report delete ... i only answer those i want to answer because the rules state no answer no interest and i got fed up with the abuse and its not just men over the years i had abuse from lots of couples too ... your block button is fabs best tool
