We joined Fab a week before the first covid lockdown happened last year.

With things changing this year with vaccines and restrictions been lifted we are looking to lose our swinging virginity at somepoint this year

Any words of wisdom from the group before we set off on our swinging journey

Tread fairly carefully on here as a lot of time wasters with fake profiles ,I personally would say look to go a social or club ,And sense your surroundings chat with more experienced couples ,you will have no pressure to play and go at your own pace , but if you do decide to use this site really have a good look and verifications and the verifications of those that have verified,

Never be afraid to say no

Never "take one for the team"

People will tell you "but everybody does x, y or z. It means you're a proper swinger". They're lying

Talk about it before, during and after.

Don't rely on secret signs of your partner spotting that you're not comfortable with something. Just speak up or ask for a private chat.

It's a fun hobby, don't take it seriously and enjoy

As others have said, CJs is a great place to start. You are under no pressure to participate in anything, even if you just go, have a few drinks and a look around, you'll have a great night meeting and chatting to new people.

Another wee bit of advice for your first time, maybe go to a "couples and single females" night, they aren't quite as intense as the regular party nights.

All perfect advice.

Agree your limits, don't be afraid to say no and most of all enjoy the experience.

Only do what your both comfy with.

At your pace.

Just because your at a party does not mean you have to do something your no ready for.

At end of day its about enjoyment.

We would also go with take it easy and try a club. A club is a great place to see the scene and socialise with like minded others in a safe space. Plus you have the option of doing a bit of speed dating in one night rather than arranging lots of separate introductory dates over different nights. So a lot more chance of finding what your looking for. Or simply enjoy the night, step back and just enjoy meeting new people and watching the action. Along as you communicate and go at the slowest persons speed you'll have a lovely time. Also do a bit of research into your first club. Not all clubs are the same. Find the right one for you. Plus there is loads of information on here and don't be scared to ask on here.

Brighton - even Hove!

I would also suggest starting off with a social, there’s no hurry so get to know people through messages and trust your instincts.
