Poly couple on Naked Attraction

We've just watched the Naked Attraction edition - well, the kids are back in school now, aren't they, and we're in a pandemic lockdown !!! - with a polyamorous couple looking for a lady. Putting aside what we might think about the programme and its sincerity and its relationships value, we found this one to be particularly fascinating, if only because there were obviously TWO people who had to agree to physical traits they found attractive, and how comfortable they were in describing their poly lifestyle (or desire), and of course that the 'contenders' were all keen to explore the poly life too. The outcome appeared to be quite successful, but one wonders, if they were not geographically local to each other, how they would work it in a practical sense, especially if it moved from poly dating to more of a live-in setup.

It has to work like any relationship in the sense that they have to be able to comfortably travel between their homes. If the poly couple were each other's primaries, it's unlikely the person they chose would live with them unless they wanted to become a thruple.

I’ve only just discovered this programme, I know it’s been on for years but it always slipped me by.

I share your concerns on it’s sincerity. I’ve only watched two episodes but on one the girl comes out with the phrase ‘Sexually, there isn’t much that is off the table’ - the bloke looked like he’d won the lottery. The second, the chap was a virgin and picked a woman that, by her own admission, was very experienced. She asked if he’d wear a gimp mask, his response ‘What’s a gimp mask?’

I believe neither of the couples met again.

Was that the chap that needed a 5 minute sit down when the first lifting of the screens happened?

He should never have been on that show, he was obviously not going to be able to handle it.

Yes, these are repeats that have been shown many times before. Some are interesting and some are so bad they are good, but as the general standard of TV is, in my opinion, so low, it makes a refreshing change.
