I would suggest it's hard to say, I the amount of time that sex lasts varies anyway... but it is suggested that they do delay somewhat.

What I do know is that a cock-ring makes you harder and more sensitive, which makes for more intensive orgasms.

I would not recommend following this advice... wearing a cick ring for too long is not reccomended. So unless you cum VERY quickly you really shouldn't use one for an extended sex session.

The "experts" suggest never wearing a cock-ring for more than 30 mins, prolonged use can do permanent damage and even prevent you ever having an erection again.
