So.

We have to say, that we have let things slip since the “Little Virus” started.

How many of you are Play Ready when we are released out into the big wild world of Swinging?

We will never be Size 6 but we need to stop drinking the wine and eating the takeaway curries which have been the comfort during these shitty times xx

Yeah I have to say we have put on a pound or 6 since lock down.

Cant wait for the gym to reopen, joined pure gym in January and it closed in March.

Work paid for it so still have around 9 months subscription left.

Iv got back to diet mode when Boris announced I can drink outside in April. Lol

motivation to return to the office the same or slimmer then when I left is also a thing for me. I don’t want to be lumped into the ‘well she gained a ton of weight over lockdown’ crew.

We've both put on a couple of inches - which we blame on the lack of events, as we eat healthily and get plenty of exercise during a normal season

Yep, need to hit the gym again. I was just starting to get really noticeable changes as the gyms locked down last March, but I’ve reversed all those by sticking 6.5kg back on.

Need to get that shifted before I consider anything else... but the will is weak.

Exactly this. I might have put a bit of weight on, because of the lack of exercise more than anything. But I’ve continued to take photos for my profile which show my body as it is, and I’ve always been very clear that I have a belly, so I’m not hiding anything. If people don’t like what they see, cool, they don’t have to meet me. But I definitely don’t feel the need to diet for Fab!

Not really put weight on, just less active / proper exercise, compared to exercise routines in less restricted times.

A little weight loss or gain wouldn’t impact my confidence when attending anything socially or in this arena. Always aiming to maintain a healthy body weight though, but I do feel unfit, so I’ll get on the case with that

Think were all a little bigger (exept those with the will power to get in shape and do all the jobs around the house, we all planned on)

Think we will all just have to shag off the extra pounds or boost the econmy by shopping for new bigger clothes

My vet was at how much weight 2 of my dogs had put on since she last saw them.

She asked me if I knew why

Yes, I do know, we've all been home baking, eating, going for long walks and then getting Maccies or takeaways on the way home.

Luckily the dogs have no desire to go to a club, but we have all been shamed into working on getting the weight off.

It will probably have different for everyone but lockdown and working from home has facilitated more free time to train (let's face it, there's been nothing else to do) so we've been running more, getting out on the bike when dry and using the turbo trainer indoors. The only big miss has been the pool and open water swimming. Hopefully the swimming will reopen soon. Absolutely ready for action as and when we're free to associate again.
