I wonder how many people on here worked at butlins i did went in quite innocent left totally corrupted in a very nice way ohh the stories those moments in time and the great people i met...

Was very naughty and fun, especially enjoyed the Friday football match Staff V Guests we never lost against the Guests all season

Butlins main catering as your friendly Butlins waiter I did 1 and a half seasons, first at Minehead and sacked at Bognor Regis for having a party, that got out of hand

I also did a few months working at Pontins in Weston Super Mare on the dishwash

Some fantastic memories, one that sticks out is going out on the piss with Bernie Clifton in Minehead.

You got paid on a Monday as management quite rightly thought pay them on a Friday night, non of them will be able to work Saturday. Well most of us couldn’t work Tuesday instead

South Shields

Pontins in Blackpool in the 80s.

Place was a dump but suited some of the animals that used to turn up.

Some of the chalets were left in a disgusting state at the end of the week.

The head steward was a complete tosser who thought he was a real lady killer.

He didnt know that his then girlfriend had been fucked by most of the male staff.

Never went back for the 2nd season
