Any swingers here do the weekly parkrun or active runners? Always fancied coming across someone whilst running or on Saturdays but never had any luck as yet!

We do the Parkrun though not every week. Though there may be other swingers running we stay discreet. Hopefully it starts again in June.

Yep. Regular at Worcester Woods when it was open. Got about 157 under my belt.

Looking forward to getting back to it but am going to leave it a few weeks to let the crowds die down a bit lol think the first few are gonna be ranked.

Yeah, I’m not running round with a sign on me haha but would be a turn on to bump into someone!

Think you’re right there. Might have to put some very slow times in to put some space from the crowd.

Anyone volunteered to Marshall? It's very rewarding. When those lead runners come through, they're flying! It's nice to cheer on runners of all standards.

One of the best jobs! Always volunteer every 10 or so runs (more if I turn up and can't be bothered to run lol)

Any international parkrun nerd? The only one I have done abroad is florida. My dad loved having to get up at 6 to get there for their 7:30am start

Officially only done one park run, but from June to December last year ran 5km every other day completing 100 runs on the 31st December. I then took January and February off but just started again 3 days ago. Will be ready for action when the parkruns start up again

We have been regular runners for a long time now but have only done a few Park Runs. We plan to do more when they restart - always a great start to the weekend.

I always think about this. I do a lot of running and amount of times I’ve passed fellow runners and thought wonder if they fancy a quick work out in those bushes

Yeah in clermont. Did it twice while I was there.... Then went to IHOP on the way home

I was in training for the London marathon which was a few weeks after we got back so couldn't miss the runs l

North West

I'd like to, but struggled to find a Parkrun round here that's wheelchair proof. Steps, grass banks and woodland paths are sadly a no-go....

I'm a regular at my local parkrun, and am often up for traveling to different ones with my local partner in crime

Got my 250 t-shirt in November 2019,so was lucky to get it in before lockdown, really, as I'd have been mightily annoyed to have got to 249 then been forced to wait

I try and run a minimum of 20 miles a week, when park run is back on I’ll volunteer an awful lot as I love seeing the runners come in at our local park run (Bedworth)
