" Classic DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness) just comes from using the muscle more than you would normally.. the same you would get after a gym session... always see this as a sign it’s been a great “session” in both senses , just sleep and the right food helps... as well as doing the activity more as your body gets used to it and the muscles aren’t damaged by the activity as much because they’ve increased in size to deal with what you’re using them for haha | |||

Unless it is a particular intense/long cowgirl the lady's doing" It genuinely is this, Dom’s occurs from using muscles more than you would usually(mostly) obviously it differs dependant on person/diet and more but Doms is the inflammation reaction from micro tears after high intensity in an exercise which is completely applicable to sex because it can be high intensity and recruit muscles you don’t use regularly (even as someone who hits the gym it has sometimes effected me) | |||

When I was meeting pre covid I found doing yoga helped prevent it and of course do it more to get your body used to it... " someone told me it's because I'm totally unfit lol | |||
