I think perhaps you need you decide within yourself what you want and why. Think about what your limits would be. Meeting anyone without resolving what seems to be an anxiety over where your sexuality lies is not likely to be a satisfying meet.

That’s an inaccurate and misleading explanation. A TV (to use the language of Fab which is itself outdated) is a man who dresses as a woman and gets sexual pleasure from doing so. A trans woman is a woman even if she hasn’t undergone any surgery and isn’t taking hormones, and even if she isn’t “out” to friends, family, colleagues and therefore can’t present as a woman full-time.

Ever consider that anyone you wish to meet, whether a trans woman, a cis woman, a TV/CD, or anyone else, will have their own wishes and desires? Waste of time if you’re going to have a complex about it and feel guilty afterwards. There’s a reason why trans women give straight guys a wide berth and exactly what you mentioned.
