I think most people are capable of anything, outward persona does not reflect inner beliefs.

No one we know would guess that we are swingers. So just because some one is a porn actor it does not mean they are incapable of sexual crimes.

I can believe that because he was regarded as such a legend in the industry, that could go to his head and he believed he could get away with anything. Just because he no doubt has a lot of sex with beautiful women, doesn't mean he's not capable of using his status to force himself on those who don't want it.

I don't know enough about the story to pass judgement on but, status and ego can become dangerous traits and some people who become successful start to beleive their own bullshit.

Perhaps it was power, the need to control or he counldn't seperate his fictional world from the real but regardless, his victims should have their say and he needs to have his.

I think that sexual violence isn’t limited to just ‘monsters’ and that powerful men can try to use that influence for personal gains.

Whether he specifically did or not, I’m quite glad that people are finding the courage to speak out, even if it is decades later
