People placing ads in the forums...

Good or bad idea..??

Maybe a Lets Meet Up Forum could be added again..

I can see a trend start that will be difficult to control if gets out of hand.. A few are ok.. but where when will it stop??

I think we're getting a lets meet section so that all ads can be placed in there

At the moment there is'nt an obvious place for then to go

A meets request section is to be added by the site owners soon so it should be tidied up as soon as it is here and party announcements and meet requests will all be in the same place xx

Whats wrong with the meet today section, ads stay on there for a period you set and you can renew the ad anytime ?

Notice more and more are creeping on the forums.. Thats the problem, once they start showing up all over.. where would you look???

We now have a meet request and party announcement forum , so it should stop them being littered in the chat forums

good to see we now have a seperate forum for parties n meets but would b better if it was a bit higher up the list as not many look all the way down to the bottom of the lists

i think any "look at my profile" type posts should be deleted by the mods, if people want to look at profiles then just go and look at them, if people want to plan ahead then say so in your profile, it isn't rocket science, there's a meet today section, an events section and a profiles section, i suppose the idea of enhancing the "meet today" section to include forthcoming dates to choose from might be an idea to play with, but the forums is not the place to draw attention to your profile, its for talking about serious matters, not so serious matters, and just plain old talking shite, more often than not it is the latter witch is cool as i don't come on the net to be serious , i have real world witch caters for that

Some of the look at my profile requests are genuinley asking for advice which a lot of us in here are willing to give,people that are new to the scene often need help to point them in the right direction,and if it means more success for them then surely its a good thing?

sorry, my choice "look at my profile" wording is slightly misleading, i was referring to members advertising there profile, there's nothing wrong with people asking for advice about there profile
