Deleting and starting new profiles

Have seen a lot of this recently "single" guys opening accounts only to close them and open new ones why seems a bit weird to me. With nothing on profiles no pics no words no nothing x

could be stalking someone who keeps blocking them amongst other reasons

We've seen a few, blocked them, only for them to message us again with same pics - do I not have a brain??
