Can be difficult to cum if you're used to a certain pressure and rhythm when wanking.

If that happens I've sometimes helped things along by wanking while in their mouth. Or putting my hand on their's & showing the right pressure & rhythm.

It's nothing to worry about & I'm sure women can have the same problem cumming when they're fingered or licked.

Yes very true. Sometimes a guy just naturally mirrors the pressure and pace that I use myself to make myself cum, in which case he'll make me cum easily. Other times there's a jarring of techniques. It just needs a bit of communication, and also for the orgasm to not be seen as a requirement, otherwise it puts pressure on everyone and actually prevent it from happening.
