Toyah was a presenter on a TV show in The Midlands c.1979.Neon Hearts a band from Wolverhampton on the show.I saw them live.She was in Derek Jarman film Jubilee.Robert Fripp in King Crimson:21st Century Schzoid Man and Hall Of The Crimson King light years ahead of their time
