So what prompted you to get into the lifestyle and how did you find out about (especially those who enjoyed it before the internet?).

Myself? I was bored out of my brain stuck in a hotel for months at a time with work. I did not want to get an escort so did an online search for sex clubs and casual sex dating sites and came across Cupids. One visit and I was hooked.

I had always been intrigued by swinging and had watched and read so much about it over the years. When i split with my partner i knew i did not want another relationship but still needed sex so i googled swingers clubs in Scotland and off i went. Best thing i have ever done and never looked back.

The internet has been around since the 50s, the the www has only really been round since early 9Os, prior there were text based what were called .alt news. Contact mags, word of mouth.

The profile gives it away a bit, but was was a jobbing youngster trying to get established, living in London at the time. I met a guy in the pub chatting over several nights , introduced me to his partner showed her some of my work. Was invited to join them to take pictures - this was before digital cameras and mobile phones. It's not the sort of pictures you'd pop down to boots to develop, and at the time was a bit of a kink. Then word of mouth and parties.

Involved in the scene on and off for 36 years now and met my partner who I adore.

I had been in a relationship for a while up until early 20s after it ended had some fun just on nights out. I had watched so many documentaries about the lifestyle and I though Ooo that suits me no strings with friends and plenty of benefits.... So I made my trip to La Chambre here in Sheffield sometime in December of 2017 and was told about fab in there and not looked back

I have always been in relasionships which where adventurous, I have always had an 'alternative' idea of lifestyle and been away of my own sexuality.

I tried vanilla once and it simply doesn't work for me.

The best relasionships I have had are with like-minded people.
