If you both want it , little by little - and don't go near alcohol to help as the next morning you may regret it !

If you are happy watching each other soft swap it's totally likely you will wanna try full at some point - look at it like this - if you have no qualms watching the soft fun , why should the next step be any different ?

We started off as soft swap and it just progressed,after chatting we thought whats the difference with going down on someone and then not actually having sex with someone,we respect people that soft swap but to be honest ,whats the point,its just one tease to far.

Took us nearly a year to take the final step, but as someone has already said, you will know when you meet the right couple - we actually met the couple and didn't full swap the first time but spoke about it together and with them and then took the plunge next time we met. Pleased to say some years later we are still really good friends with them.

Just take things at your own pace and don't be pushed in to things you don't want too do.

all we would say is make sure its what you really want.

its very easy to say its just another little step, but so is saying 'ok, we are bored with soft play, but dont actually want to go any further, so we will just walk away'.

dont forget, watching someone else really pleasuring your other half COULD destroy you (then again, could be the best thing you ever experienced)

think long and hard and neither of you try to persuade the other to go that step before theyre ready.

agree with many others here. We did soft swap, lots of oral, but felt full sex was a step too far. After a few visits to abfabs, we started to want to push boundaries and agreed to go full. Good communication between you is important. Also we decided sally should get fucked first. It took 3 more visits until the right guy and right atmosphere combined. When sally got fucked - it was the most exciting thing ever, and full swap has followed many times since, but not always. If it feels right, you'll both enjoy it. Good luck x

The lifestyle doesn't have hard and fast rules regarding what it entails. It allows people to do what they are comfortable with at any given time. To suggest it's not for someone else because your comfort zone is different to theirs is not only wrong, it's patronising

we have had that off a few couples now, tbh, which is possibly why we have taken a bit of a backwards step to it all at the moment.

It isn't a helpful attitude, just likely to put people off. The great thing about this scene is that it's about personal choice, trying to push people into going further than they want to is stupid.

I would agree with what others have said to make sure you are 100% sure.

My OH won't even soft swap with another woman.

Just because we are swingers does not mean we have to abide by any rules, and what suits one couple will not another.

We are happy with what we choose to do and would never do it just because it is the next step.

It's a leap of faith. You'll only know the true answers when you do it, and if you don't do it, you'll just never know.

If you're both happy with the concept, then I'd suggest jumping in the deep end, and doing the debrief afterwards to see how you both felt and thought.

soft swap or full swap ,if your not sure then why even go there in the first place,its about the relationship between the couple, how many people arent fulfilled in yjeir relationships but havent got the guts to be honest with each other and then had extra marital affairs,,,,,,if your strong in a relationship and secure with each other then there will be no problems...its only sex,,enjoy it and share it ,if not dont,,its that easy

we have spoken about full swap both like the idea but just waiting for right couple to build up relationship sexual chemistry and then do it.we love soft swapping had rules with that at first both liked the thought wasn't sure how we would feel when did it (I wasn't sure) like most men James loved idea more me pleasing others and vice versa.met few couples rules broke quickly if all happy. I love watching James please another women,it's just taking next step now nearly did with couple last year next meet would of but they split up.James would love MFM I'm not sure rather have mfmf or more

Who said anything about a weak relationship? Playing soft doesn't indicate weakness, lack of trust or anything but a choice at a particular time.
