Face pictures

When you are asked for your face picture and the messager hasn't included their picture in the message.

Picture hunting or just plain rude

I don’t think it’s rude but I won’t share my face photo until I’m sure they are happy to do the same unconditionally.

I always add a face pic to my first message, always polite and try to mention something in there profile so they know I have read it.

But it seems like that never helped with getting replied

Yup

Find this rude and instantly think pic hunting.

If we instigate the conversation, then we'd ping our face pics and politely ask for one in return if the other party are happy.

I've lost count of the number of messages from couples with no pics, and the male of the couple instantly requests a face pic..

It's a no and usually a block.

we never send unless we are the ones asking, weve mostly found that its couples that tend to ask but dont send and certainly dont like being pulled up on it

Our thoughts are who intiates contact sends face pics first. If we're then asked for them we don't bother replying and the conversation ends there, well unless they twig and send a pic. Most people we've conversed with seem to understand this in our opinion basic etiquette.

We get asked for face pics from guys and couples when they dont send one. Rude and normally goes round in circles then we end up blocking them.

At the end of the day if you message us and want to meet then you send us a face pic, as they say we hold the cards.

I don't alwatmys have public face pictures and when I don't I always get do you have a face pic so I always reply yes do you? And there like yes so I reply with ... They ask can I see and I'm like I don't know can I see? Haha I just think if your instigating the conversation you should be the one to send the face picture first

This is one of the things that annoy us the most. A message saying do you have face pictures, without showing their face first. We also don't like profile that say, send a face picture or no reply, when they have no face pictures on Their profile.

If we’re not sent one with the first message it usually means they haven’t read our profile.

It is rude if people ask for face pics but don’t attach theirs

I dont find it rude, but I do not give out face photos to random messages that ask for them because I'm very self aware of the dangerous surrounding it.

I kindly explain this, then the ball is on the other person's court as to whether they wanna continue the conversation or walk away.

Most choose to say and chat more, but you do get the odd one that just abandon all hope lol.

I tread careful on here. All I ask is that people read my profile and take it from there

Don't always have face pics public. If silhouettes ask for them in first msg, it's normally a cut and paste msg and an auto ignore. Not every time though lol
