Sertraline is one such prescribed medication.

I'm on no medication at all And I've had the all clear at the clinic.

It baffles me is obviously very frustrating. I've done reading up online so know a few things about it but I can't find a remedy. I've even mentioned it to my doctor but I was told there's not much they can do

OP, first, thing is that the stress of the situation and worry about it probably makes the matter worse.

Second, 30 min for the first is not THAT long and I suspect most woman prefer that to a man who comes 30 seconds in. Other words your on a winner here. Do you not know that?
