There is a comedy rock band from the US called Steel Panther.

One of their tracks is called "Gang bang at the old folk's home"

Some of their stuff is hilarious, all of it rubbish.

A care home means you need caring for because you can't care for yourself properly, so I doubt you would still be up for swinging.

Assisted living swingers home maybe. A care home is not somewhere I'd want to be but who knows what I'd be willing to accept when the time came
