If we were given a date clubs would reopen, how far in advance would you start your diet to loose some of that lockdown flab?

Lockdown has given me (her) more time to exercise and think about what I shovel into my mouth. I've lost a stone since we last visited a club in Feb 2020. I'm ready for the clubs now!!

Wow! Congratulations! That’s an achievement few can claim, I think most have put on weight. I have due to the closure of gym classes and as a key worker I’m working more hours. Can’t wait for the sun to start shining, gyms to reopen and for everything to feel a little more normal. Mrs SW

Already started. Gone full keto. Lost 12lbs since jan 7th - need to get in shape. The first night back to the clubs is going to be mad. Imagine it like the first time mr bright side gets played in a big pub.
