Hi all ive seen countless posts regarding the norm of sexual encounters etc etc although rarely i see anyone talking about mental health and the support that can be offered.

Please use this thread to voice your opinions/expierences of mental health and how you overcame or coped with it.

It would be great to have a community who backs each other and helps each other.
