They're OK to assist with erection difficulties, but if you MUST wear one, make sure it's for no longer than, say, 30 minutes at a time. Anything longer than that can cause bleeding/swelling of the penis, and possible testicular tortion.

The first time, I measured my circumference / girth with a tailors measuring tape. Did a bit of maths to work out the diammeter and bought one with the smae size inner diammeter and one slightly smaller. Tried them on and them bought more

Piece of string around the cock, balls, or cock and balls. Measure the circumference, divide by 3.14 and this is the diameter of the ring you need.

Mine are made from aluminium.

Either from 2" alloy scaffold pole (not all 20' of it!) or smaller wider decorative ones made from 1 1/2" inside diameter thin walled alloy tube.
