Consent is so key to everything in this world why would you do this if its not been consented to. Same with sending pics of partners if they haven't consented or agreed to it. They were also only thinking of there own kicks but the lady wasnt as understanding and forgiving as your friend has been. Remember messages are kept logged on networks / some apps so if she said no and you manipulated and presisted then that's more than enough for the law. She clearly gave enough no signals, you should only need to say no the once period. At least you have acknowledged you were in the wrong which is a positive however rather than minimise it somewhat I would have a think about just how badly it could have went and hopefully its a mistake not to be repeated.
