How do you all keep the spark and excitement alight in your marriage when you have so much stress going on everyday with ,jobs, kids, mortage, covid etc ?

I admit at the moment my fire has gone out but i'm desperate to relight mine

By focusing on what's important. Remember, the grass is always greener where you water it the most.

Even when you're stressed, annoyed, bored, unhappy, un-horny (yeah I know it's not a word) - have a long cuddle and a long kiss every day.

Noone can be on top form every day but actively demonstrating love to one another even when you aren't feeling it keeps that closeness we all need in our relationships. Plus it makes you feel better.

Not cheating on a swingers site behind your partners back usually helps.

It’s hard but we talk about old meets and fun we have look at old pictures of meets that we have then just put our minds to it thinking about that then the juices start flowing

I didn't see anything in the profile that said it was behind his partners back. But yeah, if it is behind her back, this is better advice than ours!

We’re fortunate, we’re not stressful people. In bed, variety is the spice of life

Be grateful that you have a partner. It is hard for widows like me with four children, unable to be intimate with anyone because of Covid restrictions.

I think everyone is the same, but familiarity has its purpose. Might not be the passionate sex of a new relationship, which is unsustainable, but that it shouldn't dry up completely either.

There's a fantastic video online which explains it much better than me. Look up Tony Robins - Saves a marriage.
