Do many guys really spend weeks / months in chastity or is it just a fantasy thing?

The two problems that immediately spring to mind for me are cleaning and it showing through trousers

I can spend months in chastity. A good keyholder will allow for hygiene breaks where you can take the cage off, clean, then go back in to continued chastity.

Yes many men do spend many weeks/months in chastity, my longest time was 15 months.

Many chastity cages now are designed in such a way that cleaning is not an issue, I didnt have any problems keeping clean and fresh in my 15 months of chastity.

Nor did I have any issues with the cage showing through my clothes.
