Why oh why do people send friends invites before messaging ....finding more of this ...we find it odd & a bit lazy tbh

Drives us fucking nuts - especially as we don’t have any friends pics for them to perve over!

And although when we allowed contact from single guys they would often do it - we’ve discovered “couples” can be as bad.

And they’re usually miles away as well.

Not sure what some couples etc expect to see in friends only.

We try and be a bit tasteful on our pictures and friends only are face only.

However each for there own we say.

They assume that since they're private they pictures will be more graphic, show faces or whatever. They may just like what they've seen and want to see more of the same but it's all about the pics.

I get why people don't like it. We would never accept a friend request from someone who hasn't messaged but you don't need to allow it to infuriate you.

In the grand scheme of things it's not really a big deal. Ignore it

we clearly say on our profile we won't accept friend requests from people we haven't met or chatted to, but still we get them, just proves to us they haven't read our profile so delete. And I think there seems to be more pic hunters since lock down

I’ve noticed that since I made all my pictures “friends only” that I’m inundated on a daily basis with friend requests. Many from people who state categorically they are not interested in single guys. Go figure lol.

Don't get me wrong, I am a voyeur & do enjoying browsing profiles women & couples, I will fab & appreciate them (no that's not a term for knocking one out lol), but I have never sent an unsolicited friends request. I much prefer to compliment them on their photos & strike up a conversation. If they're miles & miles away I know it's never going to happen, but it's nice to be nice.

Also as a keen photographer I can appreciate some of the photograph aspects of the photos.

I've been chatting to a couple near me 15 miles, for 6mth now, great couple, we have a canny rapour going. I've never seen their private pics or their faces, that's OK though as we can still have a good laugh.

One day we may get to meet but who knows, but there's no pressure either way.

I'm never quite sure of the point of picture collectors. What do they gain? If I need a bit of self relief I'll go on the internet and find some porn. I've never wanked over any pictures of my friends. There is one couple who I'd like to do a tribute for as she is so stonking hot but I'd ask first. For me friends is just a nice way of knowing someone likes me enough and there's always that outside chance of a meet sometime in the future.

This is what we usually do as well, if people want to get to know us, they could send us a message? We don't bite and will respond if we are interested. Or is that a novel concept for some!

I get bloody loads of invites a day and I accept quite alot because I like to showoff my vids and pics. Don't know why anyone needs to get all offended!!

It’s not something that bothers us. It’s just a pointless exercise on their part. Whether it’s male, female or a couple. We don’t understand it. But then they probably haven’t read literally any of our profile either. That is more annoying. Just more for the block list.

As it's not looking for single guys on our profile yes proves they haven't read it or are chancing their arm so instant delete, but there's also the one word profile's and no pics from pretend couples (prob a bloke) that also get deleted.
