Never come across fake tits but I've always believed I'd prefer real ones. I like the natural curves and droop of real big tits. Though I have to say OP, your arse distracts from everything else.

There are some really nice looking ‘fake’ ones but there are some that look like hard tennis balls with a wide gap in between and I’d worry they’d get damaged if they were squeezed or grabbed too hard, they almost look painful. But if they’ve given the lady confidence that’s all that counts.

Fake ones tend to look really good in clothing and they can often get away without wearing bras under a nice outfit without them sagging around their waist.

I prefer natural, but unfortunately alot of natural tits ain't so hot... No probs with a boob job either, some are excellent but some not so... I've come across a few botched breast implants on here akso, not only botched but they look so fake and some are regularly in hot pics

I'm the same I'm quite self conscious about mine and have looked into having a lift but I'm not able too unfortunately, like you I maybe need to learn to love what I have.
