Helps to keep time putting the condom on to a minimum. Have it ready right by the action without having to get up and hunt for one. Even better if you've already ripped it open rather than fumble around.

If all else fails, no worries, put the condom on semi-hard and resume foreplay until you're hard.

If you had to go without sex for the rest of your life, unless you used condoms, you may find that you sustain a hard cock in a condom fairly readily

Condoms totally kill it for me as well

Definitely the right condoms make a bit of a difference , for a big cock try magnum XL otherwise trying to squeeze it into regular ones just doesn’t work and it fades off for me as well. To the point I’d rather not do it.

Doing some kegels may help as well

Use thins you can not tell the difference and don't make putting a condom on an actual event that you stop for just be kissing and groping and staying in the passion while you put the condom on, never had a problem with condoms and if you spend decent money and buy quality well fitting ones you won't know the difference.

I've met so many guys like this. I agree with a previous poster who said to have it ready, unwrapped and at hand does sometimes help. But other times merely the mention of one makes them limp.

I always check with them beforehand if they can use one. If they can't , it's a deal breaker.
