A ‘Dom’ once decided to nickname me and I wasn’t his sub or anyone else’s sub. I made it clear that was unacceptable but he continued with it until I thought of an equally insulting name for him which wasn’t appreciated. Oh how I laughed.

Yeah we get a few people who don't understand that humiliation is not something every woman gets off on. They see s and m as an interest and imagine it involves name calling. As you say, the block function is a useful one

I can understand that it appeals to some people and as long as they’re both into it then it’s up to them. Would I choose to play with people who enjoyed calling the wife a fuck pig? Probably not as I’d find it uncomfortable. I don’t mind my husband calling me certain names though, it sometimes adds to the scenario.
