There, are, different types, of anal hooks. Mine have 2 x 40mm balls on the end. I love the feel of the steel inside me

It’s a different sensation , the ball of the hook sits further inside and more to the back , There’s not much stretching of the sphincter, it’s quite easy on that muscle one inside .

Depending on where the hook is then secured to and how tightly , gives it a feeling of restraint .. almost captured ...
