Time and practice for me. I started with lots of lube and fingers, then a friend got me into a small plug which was 28mm and felt huge. I also use jlube, I find it it really slippery and obviously very safe to use internally.

I also carry a a bottle of spray water and if it starts drying out I can spray any accessible parts and it re hydrates the lube.

The mitts I think I got from libidex but I'm not completely sure.

Yep never use numbing agents, pain is there for a reason. It's too tell your to stop.
