So considering the current situation and the likelihood that we are probably not going to be able to get into the full 'swing' of things in the short term, how are fabsters now treating their geographic boundaries?

Those that normally restrict to "locals" on their profile, are we all now in a situation where we're willing to make acquaintances with people wherever they may be?

I,m not. I am not interested in chatting to someone miles away that I will never meet even after Covid. So my geographic boundaries stay the same.

To be honest I never really understood geographic boundaries as train tickets are pritty cheap and so are hotels

Understand them if say wanting more or regular thing

But never understood them for that right someone for a weekend off hot steamy fun

As long as the right steps are take before hand ie numbers swapped and stuff

My opinion isn’t going to be very popular though lol

Maybe a bit different for single guys

But for tv/ts woman and couples as long as it a major citie ie Newcastle Manchester London Glasgow Edinburg if you do get stood up

Not be that hard to just grab a instashag I know it’s not the same and plans have been ruined but at least it wasn’t a total waste off time

Train tickets and hotels still had add. Plus it would be a 3 day event. Someone coming from Scotland to Bournemouth to meet us. 1 day to get here, 1 day here and another going back. Long weekend? 3 days off annul leave? We're stick to being fairly local.

For talking sake say London

Train from Edinburg to London rerun £120 and only 7 hours down hotel for a premium inn depending on the time off year ie summer and holiday times from Friday to Monday is only £150 that’s only £270

So say train Friday

Say meet was Saturday

Say meeting at around 4-5ish Saturday

Have a steamy night all fall sleep

Up the Sunday from some morning or midday fun to like late mid day early evening so around 3-5ish

Then train home Monday

Honestly can’t see a problem with that at all for the right person or people

But as I sed my opinion wouldn’t be very popular

Still a bummer but at least wouldn’t be a total lose hence why I only travel to major city’s so if it dose happen I am not in some rural place where a salvageable meet is next to impossible

Understand your point but you'd have to be pretty keen to meet them if you're going to do all of that.

Mean why not for a unforgettable night off hot steamy fun you only live ones make the best off it and have as much fun as possible so why let a little distance put a damper on a fun night

When we are allowed to meet again, I am going to stick with people local to me. As I would prefer, potentially, someone regular rather than one-offs, and it's more likely to happen when nobody has to travel for hours. Also, from my previous experience, people who come from further away assume that, just because I can accommodate, I'd be happy for them to stay overnight- sorry, but I like to sleep on my own!

Didn’t clarify anything reason I can’t post is a am famous well sort off not movie star or tv famous but in the game world I am number 1 in the world for a serton game genres

I went from london to Liverpool for a meet, so I don't normally worry about locations.

Yes, local is easier for short notice meets, which I get but making a weekend of it was a really great experience and such a lovely couple too.

Exploring a different city, Di e out with frie ds then all back to the hotel. What could be better!
