If I'm looking for a long term dom personality is key and as long as they aren't dog ugly it's good.

If a quick fuck and go, looks is good as there's not going to be much time to see what their personality like lol..

Online probably 80% looks, 20% personality.

Real life maybe 50/50 but they go together- some people’s looks fit their personality and they become attractive whereas online you wouldn’t get that.

Looks. I have to like someone superficially but I think I'd be deluding myself if I imagined I could get to know someone well via on line interaction or a couple of brief socials. We're here for fantasy fulfilment, looks play a big part in that.

Initially it's looks, however, they could be drop dead gorgeous but if they don't have the personality then we would say no. So personality is the deciding factor when it comes to deciding if we would like to meet someone.

Personality can make someone seem so much more attractive too. An ability to hold conversation and above all make us laugh, wins us over.

I think within this particular medium (online) the majority will go with Looks, because, after we are after a certain something; and the choice is out there to naturally pick one's desires, its extremely rare that anyone has looked at a profile BEFORE they have seen the image, or any profiles without images and decided this is the one.. Why do so many people request a pic if they are sent a message. regardless of what the message may say! BLOCKED DELETED! YOU WILL BE DAMNED TO HELL etc

However in reality different things come into play, similarity, familiarity, reciprocity and of course physical attraction.. thats what makes it possible to choose personality over looks! I have been out with girls who I was not attracted to in any way, initially, but with the factors mentioned above, it bought out inner beauty. ( no! she wasnt a dog in anyway! , but you get my drift!) and of course vice versa, someone once told me they didn't find me attractive initially, but ended up a couple!

Thats what makes sites like this a cattle market! sad but true! as people can go and shop for their desires, 1st floor is the Physical features department and the lift only stops there for some people, and why not, if thats what they are shopping for knock yourselfs out!

Dont misunderstand me though, obviously if the personality stands out as well as the looks, you have hit the payload!

Just my 2p worth!

Going by the lack of replies I get to the messages I sent to women in the many years I’ve been on both Fabs and vanilla dating sites such as PoF or Ok Cupid.... I’d say that most people are more concerned with the instant attraction of looks over wanting to get to know a person’s personality. People will try to disagree but the truth is that these hook up sites are brutal and it doesn’t matter how well you think you might of wrote that interesting or respectful message, if you’re unphotogenic or not exactly good “eye candy” they you might as well give up hope of ever getting having much the way of success.

Online has made the interaction between many people so much easier, where as in reality would you have such a wide circle of friends? options become more limited! with Online now its a case of beggars can become choosers.. but not from a single male perspective

looks , if I don't feel attracted to want to have sex with someone then no matter how cool their personality it just wont work .

if its a one off meet personality is pretty much irrelevant for me, I can just leave once finished quite quickly if need be .

if they are not so nice personality wise etc .
