So do you take your toys abroad and risk getting stopped at customs? Anyone suggest any discrete ones?

Nah, never take em... We buy new ones in France (Cap d'Agde) and throw them when we go home.. Normally spend about 30Euro.. so not a big deal... One lady customs officer at Dover did tell us that they do get them on searches, but it is everyday stuff now...

Never stopped us before. As it's been said already, they're probably more concerned with other stuff.

I wouldn't try taking one into some countries though, Iran springs to mind.....

Didn't think bullets - or any other 'firearms related' materials were allowed on planes?

Took some poppers with us years ago and they broke on the way back in the que to book our luggage in. S was a little worried about the smell, while I just wanted to have sex there and then.

travelled abroad with a girl once - she had one bag of clothes and one of toys, belts, ropes, chains etc - ready for some hardcore hotel fun.

And yes, you guessed it, we got stopped and searched coming back into Blighty.

She, being an utter exhibitionist, absolutely loved it. I didn't care much either, but the poor customs guy looked decidedly uncomfortable

customs wont give shit unless you have one that looks like a Kalashnikov AK47 then they might investigate further...

On a related note latex has a similar density to C4 and looks similar on an x-ray so don't pack to many vibrators (the wiring will be visible too) closely together...

Dont forget to take the batteries out before you pack.

We had a slightly embarrassing moment when during reclaim a vib was rattling away as everyone watched who picked up the bag !!!!

We were stopped coming back from Amsterdam once. That was a little embarrassing as we had been on a big shopping spree, my case looked like it belonged to an Ann Summers rep.

So top 3 seem to be

1. Electric toothbrush

2. Bullet

3. Magic wand (in the words of Seve "don't leave home without one."

Sheffield

Put then in your checked luggage.

Between the way latex looks on an xray and the batteries and wiring having them in your carry on just asks to be searched.

As I found out on the way home from the isle of man on a work trip...
