Cocoa butter, but only the 'red Fox' variety which comes supplied in a yellow tub.

The Vaseline of the Gods.

Alternatively, any good After Sun Lotion. That applies smoothly, smells good and soon disappears into skjn and thin air without messing up bedding or clothes. If you haven't tried it, you've been missing a treat.
