I’d just have the usual family party at my folks. There’s usually over 70 people there; with family, friends and neighbours attending

Usually I am out with friends, dancing and having fun and a hug for the New Year.

This time, it will be lonely and isolated,

I probably will spend the evening in front of TV or my computer or go to bed early.

It would be nice to go back to dancing and having fun again, with a group hug or more at midnight

In the auld days before the city turned it into a commercial event people just use to head there for the bells.

Mr is a dj, so this is our first NYE together in 8 years, but would have preferred spending it at a naughty club or party night, together... probably end up being a bottle of wine, and early night..
