Is it wrong to see your brother's friend's mum

I'm in this particular scenario where I have been seeing her for a couple of years on a neutral agreement

And promises not to tell her son or my brother.

has anyone ever been in the situation before

Yes in the past I have had similar various relationships.

You just have to stick to the agreements, don't take a stupid chances, stay discreet & be careful!
