From my experience, cuckolding doesn't come into it. Any of those I played with as a hot wife couple, humiliation was absolutely no part of it. Active encouragement from the husband and photos or other means were also encouraged as part of the play.

I think there is a difference between cuckolding that involves humiliation as the man cannot satisfy his partner, some of these men have really small willies.
