The making of me

So since the 1st lockdown I've been on a bit of a ride. I had gotten far too overweight. I decided time had come to change it but didn't want to do it in a way that I wouldn't sustain it or a fad diet or something like that. I found a personal trainer who has helped me change routines and other aspects of my life in order to lose weight and hopefully keep it off. So I now proudly stand at 97kg from 117kg. I still have about 15kg to lose but slow and steady wins the race. Added to my weight loss is my new libido!! Just hope my new found confidence will find me favour here.
