It's illegal to publish photos or videos of these acts on the Internet. What goes on behind closed doors between consenting adults is not illegal, as I understand it.

This is why you're not allowed them on Fabswingers, so the ruling is not limited to the site owners.

To add to that - UK website hosting plays a part I believe. Example: if you run a website hosted in say, Panama (very few laws there) then you can publish anything you like - so it's a bit of a loophole.

You will find such content on say P-hub but depending on where your site is hosted, and by whom, the laws are different.

The Audiovisual Media Services Regulations 2014 requires that video-on-demand (VoD) online porn now adhere to the same guidelines laid out for DVD sex shop-type porn by the British Board of Film Censors (BBFC).

Seemingly arbitrarily deciding what is nice sex and what is not nice sex, the board's ruling on 'content that is not acceptable' (p.24) effectively bans the following acts from being depicted by British pornography producers:

Spanking

Caning

Aggressive whipping

Penetration by any object "associated with violence"

Physical or verbal abuse (regardless of if consensual)

Urolagnia (known as "water sports")

Role-playing as non-adults

Physical restraint

Humiliation

Female ejaculation

Strangulation

Facesitting

Fisting

All completely ridiculous in my view - prohibition (of anything) historically does not work, and has been proven time & again. Trouble is people keep voting these Etonian cretins back in to power. You cannot regulate the Internet (even though they're trying to)

No rules were relaxed in 2019, it’s fabs own rules which seem about right , it’s a swinging site not a fetish site

I don't believe that to be the case. Fabswingers used to allow all sorts of things that you can no longer post, because of the ruling.

Maybe just playing safe but the law is very clear , unless it’s animals or explicitly showing no consent not being honoured or harm to someone pretty much anything is allowed. The 2014 guidance applies to sales of porn only , and is now updated to reflect the 2019 act

So I guess what we're talking about is a bit of a grey area.

For me it comes down to adult consent - but of course that cannot be policed fully.

Not sure where they may have gone to school is particularly relevant. I'm sure Eton has its fair share of deviant alumni. (other schools may produce deviant alumni too just in case)

Exactly what I was going to post.

I mentioned this on an older thread that while the law was relaxed I suspect Fab like a lot of other web hosts would rather not test the legal waters.

Yorkshire

This topic appears with monotonous regularly in the forum, and the responses are always the same. The 2014 act made a lot of activities illegal to feature in uk-made porn. There were significant protests at the time, at least partially focusing on the discriminatory nature of being able to show guys ejaculating but not women. Most of the ruling has since been reversed and the decision not to allow peeing pictures is a line drawn by Fab.

To the OP, peeing pics or peeing on cam are not allowed on the site. This has been this way since Admin took the site over in 2009 and I doubt it is going to change anytime soon
