Private Notes!

I wonder if people make much use of the private notes function and what they tend to write in them?

we use the facility for every person that contacts us,or we contact,also any profiles that moan,just to remind us what sort of person they may be should thy ever contact us.to be honest one of the best facilities on the site

I keep forgetting about them!

i use it to add any additional information. where we met, phone and emails if still just on potential list. Also the reason if blocked so i know whether to give 2nd chance at a later date. sometimes simply how the meet went such as WOW. mmmmmm, hmmmm or meh!

Same here! keep forgetting to use them. I cleared out my Hotlist the other day cos I had a few 'silhouettes' but couldn't remember chatting or why I liked them

I use them to remind me what we messaged about and what I thought of the person

Its a fantastic thing to use as its so annoying when you know someone has messaged you previously and then a few months down the line they message again and you can't remember what you said the first time or what the message was about

Yes I do though I have not done all of those on my block list yet, not that bored plus I cannot remember why I blocked them.

Some on my verification list I have left notes for where I have met them but decided I don't want to meet them again

If I send a thanks but no thanks then I make a note, also on occasion when someone has said something I consider beyond the pale in the forums I make a note to remind myself that I think they're an arse should they ever get in touch

We use it to mark people we have meet with and any details like phone numbers etc. Also good for notes on people we have spoken to on the phone or emailed us.Find it very usefull as a reminder tool for "Timewasters and Bullshitters"

Never thought of using it for phone numbers...good idea! I tend to use it to make notes of stupid messages, reasons for blocking, or just a note of why I chose to add them to the Hotlist x
