It like anything on here you have to go out and make the first approach sitting back and expecting the offers to flood is is not an option especially for the single female. What you are after is out there but it will take effort and a lot of patience.

So, what's the common problem / theme?

Does it just fizzle out?

I'm not being deliberately nosey

Something isn't adding up, as I would expect you guys to be very popular here, even allowing for the current lull in proceedings

I'm sure a lot of it is down to the pandemic. You have had your profile for five months in the middle of a world crisis in which people have been ordered by the government not to leave their homes to meet anybody else. It's not in the least bit surprising people have been reluctant to meet.

We have met two single women and one couple this year, socially distanced, and they were all people we have been building up a relationship with from well before the pandemic. Just getting those meets when we have all been saying for months we wanted to get together took a lot of time and planning.

We are people like you who are much more interested in making friends and building to a point where we feel it's the right time to go a step further. We do exist. The timing is not good for you. Don't get upset if people don't want to meet you when the government is saying they shouldn't.

Finding four people who all click when the country is on a good state takes time, partly because it's a small proportion of the population who is into this in the first place. But the country is not in a good state.
