So this weekend were heading to Scotland to complete the Tough Mudder challenge. 11 mile , 28 or so obsticals ranging from ice dips , Berlin walls and 10,000 volt electric shock therapy.

Weve been Training hard for the last 6 month at the gym for this so for it to actually be this weekend is pretty scary!!

We have raised over £400 for help for hero's and the Samaritans and cannot wait to start.

Anyway , If I don't make it back alive - somebody take care of my wife

Good luck. Am injured atm or else I'd have been there with you (not literally of course) so it's been delayed until Toughguy January 2013......if you survive and are game you're more than welcome to join
