I've seen them on a ladies and have asked them about it.

You have a 50 50 chance in my experience, as some really don't know the none vanilla meaning of it

Mine never seems to get noticed, except by security at local Tesco lol.

In the summer when it's also no bra weekend, always commando, he always greets me with a knowing smile.

That's a good approach... it's just a compliment but could lead to a knowing smile if the lady is wearing it for the reason we all hope!

I tell anyone that asks when they buy Anklets from me that it doesn't matter what ankle they put them on. Put them on whatever ankle feels best.

I wear mine on my right.

You dont really need to mention the anklet at all. Approach her and chat her up. If she is wearing a genuine hotwife anklet then she will be happy with the attention.
